Employee Relations Specialist | 6-Month FTC
£65,000 + 10% bonus (pro rata) | Hybrid | UK
I’m currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Specialist to join a global business within the digital media and technology sector on a 6-month FTC.
The business has gone through a period of change, which has led to an increase in ER activity. They’re looking for an experienced UK ER specialist who can come in, take ownership of a busy caseload and provide immediate support to the wider People team.

The role
- Manage a varied UK ER caseload from junior employees through to senior leadership
- Provide expert advice on UK employment law and complex ER matters
- Partner with managers and senior stakeholders on sensitive employee matters
- Coach and support the wider People team, helping to build their UK ER capability
- Bring structure and consistency to case management and help reduce the current workload
About you
- You’ll be an experienced UK ER professional with strong employment law knowledge and confidence managing complex cases independently.
- You’ll ideally have experience across redundancy and organisational change, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
