Spirehouse are currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Manager on behalf of an organisation based in Bath.
The Opportunity
The client is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to manage the organisation's employee relations casework with a resolution-focused approach.
- Manage and oversee the employee relations support and report portal, ensuring all cases are logged and progressed appropriately.
- Triage all reports and cases submitted through the portal, determining the appropriate route for resolution.
- Provide expert, resolution-focused case management across the full range of employee relations matters.
- Advise and support managers and staff at all levels – from senior staff to operational and support staff – on employee relations matters.
- Help drive change in how employee relations cases are managed across the organisation, introducing more efficient, resolution-focused ways of working.

- Position type: Permanent
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
- Work arrangement: Hybrid working (2 days on site, 3 remote)
- Benefits: Generous annual leave allowance
