Location: Glasgow (hybrid)
Contract: 12 month Fixed Contract
Hours: Part-Time 4 days a week
At C&C Group, we're home to some of the UK's most loved drinks brands, including Tennent's, Bulmers and Magners. As we continue to evolve and grow, we're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our People team on a maternity cover basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ER professional who thrives on building trusted relationships, navigating complex employee relations matters and driving fair, consistent people practices across a diverse organisation.
What you'll be doing
As part of our collaborative Employee Relations team, you'll provide expert advice and guidance to managers across the UK and Ireland, helping to resolve a wide range of employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex ER cases from start to finish, providing practical and commercially focused advice.
- Coaching and supporting managers to confidently handle people-related challenges.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners on organisational change projects, including restructures, redundancy programmes and TUPE activity.
- Supporting the development and implementation of ER policies, procedures and guidance.
- Keeping managers informed of legislative changes and emerging best practice.
- Delivering training and coaching to build management capability and reduce organisational risk.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the wider HR function.

What we're looking for
You'll be an experienced Employee Relations professional with strong employment law knowledge and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience managing a broad range of ER cases.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation (Ireland experience would be advantageous).
- Experience supporting organisational change, consultation and restructuring activity.
- The ability to influence and build credibility with managers at all levels.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative approach with a focus on finding practical solutions.
- Confidence operating in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
