Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional with a strong background in Employment Tribunal case management?
Are you looking to work part time?
We're recruiting for an Employee Relations Project Specialist to join a well established not for profit organisation initially on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a part time position working 3 days per week and is a fully remote role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a complex tribunal caseload, working closely with senior HR leaders, legal partners and key stakeholders to ensure cases are managed efficiently and in line with employment legislation.

Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 (pro rata)
Location: Fully remote
Contract: 6 Month FTC
Hours: 22 hours over 3 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating Employment Tribunal cases from start to finish
- Supporting the preparation of witness statements, bundles and tribunal documentation
- Liaising with solicitors, managers and external bodies
- Tracking case progress, deadlines, risks and outcomes
- Producing reports and insights to support senior decision-making
- Identifying trends and helping improve employee relations processes

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing multiple Employment Tribunal cases
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS processes
- CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent tribunal casework experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Experience preparing tribunal bundles and witness statements
