Employee Service Representative (Part Time)

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe.

We’re looking for an experienced Employee Service Representative (part time: Mon, Tue, Wed) to work closely with our team in London. You will act as the first point of contact for HR and admin-related queries from employees and external partners. Your role will involve providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

You will also lead the execution of our employee experience strategy, which encompasses planning and overseeing various employee initiatives such as organizing happy hours, celebrating birthdays, managing swag orders, and coordinating team activities, among others.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the office in excellent condition and arrange necessary upgrades
  • Maintain a positive work environment by being proactive in identifying the office’s and employees' needs
  • Facilitate team events and activities
  • Perform a variety of employee-related administrative tasks
  • Assist with events, occasions, holidays, and research trends to produce relevant company affairs, happy hours, conferences, etc.
  • Handle processing bills, invoices, and provide support with new and existing suppliers’ agreements and deals
  • Collaborate with facility management, including cleaning, security services, delivery coordination, and dealing with emergencies
  • Onboard new employees, explaining company policies (onboarding takes place once a month)
  • Arrange office supplies

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR or Office Admin, Employee Experience, or relevant role
  • Experience in end-to-end execution of welfare activities and events
  • Experience working in an IT environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Process-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to coordinate multiple endpoints
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Creative mindset, and ability to deliver under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High level of English, written and spoken
