Job Description
About the Role
As Employer Brand Activation Partner, you will play a key role in bringing ASOS' refreshed Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a project-based role focused on embedding the Employer Brand into the experiences, communications, processes and moments that shape how current and future ASOSers see and experience our culture. Working closely with the wider People Experience team, Internal Communications and business stakeholders, you will help ensure our employer brand is consistently reflected from attraction and recruitment through to onboarding, development, performance management, engagement and retention.
You will translate our employer brand strategy into practical activation plans, campaigns, content and resources that drive awareness, adoption and engagement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Brand Activation
- Supporting the activation of ASOS' Employer Brand and EVP throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Partnering with PX and business stakeholders to embed the Employer Brand into employee and candidate experiences.
- Delivering campaigns and initiatives that increase awareness, engagement and adoption.
- Creating toolkits, resources and guidance to support consistent employer brand application.
- Partnering with Internal Communications, Culture Change and Talent teams to deliver consistent messaging and experiences.

- Applying Employer Brand assets, messaging and content consistently across key employee and candidate touchpoints, including careers platforms, recruitment materials, policy and reward communications, social media and internal communications.
- Working closely with the Internal Communications team to create employer brand content that brings the EVP to life through employee stories and experiences.
- Developing presentations, toolkits, campaign assets and activation materials.
- Partnering with Brand, Creative and Communications teams to ensure content remains engaging and on-brand.
- Delivering campaigns that support attraction, engagement and advocacy objectives.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment marketing activity aligned to the EVP.
Careers Site and Analytics
- Working with an external agency to re-develop and optimise the ASOS Careers site with content that reflects the refreshed employer brand.
- Producing regular insights on campaign, channel and employer brand performance.
- Analysing employer brand and campaign data to identify trends and opportunities.
Vendor and Partner Relationships
- Managing relationships with agencies, suppliers and employer brand partners.
- Coordinating external support for employer brand projects and campaigns.
- Supporting budget tracking and ensuring value from employer brand investments.
Employee Advocacy and Communication
- Supporting advocacy initiatives that encourage employees to share their experiences and amplify the ASOS story.
- Creating resources to help employees and leaders represent the ASOS brand externally.
- Partnering with the Brand and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering employer brand, employee engagement, recruitment marketing, internal communications or employee experience initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Employer Value Proposition (EVP) implementation and activation, with experience embedding branding and culture initiatives across multiple audiences and channels.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including social media, careers platforms, content marketing and employer brand initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation and storytelling, including social media content, employee stories, video production and campaign development.
- Strong understanding of DE&I principles, with experience creating inclusive content and supporting inclusive employer branding practices.
- Proven project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using data and analytics to monitor performance, assess effectiveness and inform future activity.
- Familiarity with career site management, employer brand platforms and reporting tools.
- A collaborative working style, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing agency, supplier or vendor relationships is desirable.
