About Humanoid
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND-01 Alpha - our rapidly developed humanoid platform now running in real industrial pilots - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About the Role
As our Employer Brand Manager, you'll help tell the story of Humanoid to the people who'll help shape our future.
- Working closely with Talent Acquisition, PR & Marketing, and hiring teams, you'll bring our employer brand to life by creating memorable experiences, building relationships with technical communities, and showcasing the incredible people and technology behind Humanoid.
- From organising meetups and university events to creating engaging content and representing Humanoid at industry conferences, you'll play a key role in helping exceptional talent discover who we are, what we're building, and why they should join us.
- This is a hands-on role for someone who loves bringing ideas to life. You'll spend less time building PowerPoint presentations and more time building communities, creating experiences, and finding creative ways to connect world-class talent with our mission.
What You'll Do
- Build Humanoid's presence across robotics, AI, software, hardware, and engineering communities.
- Plan and deliver hackathons, coding competitions, university partnerships, meetups, conferences, careers fairs, and community events that inspire exceptional talent to engage with Humanoid.
- Represent Humanoid at industry events, building meaningful relationships with engineers, researchers, students, creators, and future talent.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop creative employer branding campaigns that support hiring across technical and business teams.
- Work closely with PR & Marketing to create engaging employer brand content, including employee stories, behind-the-scenes videos, blogs, social media campaigns, and careers page content.
- Collaborate with engineers and technical leaders to showcase the exciting challenges we're solving and the people making them happen.
- Own and continuously improve Humanoid's careers website and employer branding assets.
- Develop employee advocacy initiatives that encourage employees to share their work, experiences, and life at Humanoid.
- Identify new communities, partnerships, sponsorships, and events where Humanoid should have a presence.
- Measure the impact of employer branding initiatives, experiment with new ideas, and continuously improve how we attract and engage exceptional talent.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
