We create unforgettable leisure experiences and we're looking for someone to help refresh our unforgettable employer brand. Join us as an Employer Branding Lead for the next 12 months and you'll bring TUI's employer brand to life on the global stage. You'll own the channels that connect us with brilliant talent worldwide from our careers website to the campaigns that showcase why TUI is such a special place to work. This is your opportunity to tell our story and attract people who share our passion for creating amazing experiences. We are ideally looking for someone to start in September 2026 covering maternity leave for 12 months.

ABOUT THE JOB
You'll translate our Employer Brand strategy into impactful global delivery, bringing it to life across the channels that matter most – particularly our careers website. You'll drive attraction, engagement and brand consistency, making sure we're connecting with the right talent in the right way.
- Leading the development, governance and optimization of our careers website, managing platform enhancements and associated projects to create an engaging talent experience
- Supporting the selection, management and performance of external suppliers and tools, ensuring we deliver against our Employer Brand objectives whilst maximizing cost efficiency
- Working independently to translate our Employer Brand Strategy into actionable initiatives, supporting the evolution of our employer brand and keeping it aligned with business priorities
- Building international relationships at all levels across TUI, particularly with brand partners and stakeholders within the Talent Acquisition team

ABOUT YOU
- Bring a proven experience in Employer Branding with a demonstrable understanding of how to implement engaging and unique brand strategy
- Got a track record of successful cross-functional international project leadership
- Can show clear evidence of career website development and implementations
- A highly engaging communicator who builds successful relationships within an international environment whilst dealing with complex topics
- Can juggle strategic tasks and priorities whilst delivering successful operational activities, bringing drive, resilience and strong self-motivation to everything you do
