What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute the company's employer branding strategy across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage and optimize the company's employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging employer branding content in collaboration with HR, Marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Plan and deliver internal employer branding initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and company culture.
  • Support internal communication campaigns that reinforce the employee value proposition (EVP).
  • Plan and coordinate employer branding campaigns for recruitment events and talent communities.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for selected roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and attract high-quality talent.
  • Track employer branding and recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or a combination of both.
  • Proven experience developing and executing employer branding initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer branding platforms.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate relationship management.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and internal mobility programs.
  • Experience creating engaging communication and branding content for internal and external audiences.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
