Ingeus Employer Engagement Consultant

Salary: £36,000 per annum

Location: Ealing

Ingeus are looking for a results and relationship driven Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our participants.

You’ll be joining a team that lives our values of take pride, do the right thing, believe in everyone, care and respect and own it guiding how we support participants, employer partners and each other.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job opportunities
  • Proactively identify leads through networking and market engagement
  • Partner with Employment Advisors to prepare our participants for the labour market and align them with employer needs
  • Deliver post-placement support to employers to ensure long-term employment success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support participants at risk and improve retention outcomes
  • Work to KPIs and performance targets in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment

  • A strong understanding of local labour market trends, employer needs and recruitment practices.
  • Experience in employer engagement, account management, recruitment, business development or employability services.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with employers, stakeholders and community partners.
  • Experience of working in a sales/target driven environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • The ability to identify opportunities and convert employer engagement into sustainable employment outcomes.
