Hours: Full Time (30 hours)
We are looking for a proactive and confident Employer Engagement & Training Officer to develop relationships with employers across Gwent and create inclusive employment opportunities for programme participants.
- Engage employers, develop work placements and trials, and deliver disability awareness training to support inclusive workplace practices.
- Contribute to group wellbeing workshops for participants and work closely with colleagues to support successful transitions into employment.

About You
We are looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate about supporting people facing barriers to employment
- Have experience working with vulnerable individuals, disabled people, or those with additional support needs
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Are organised, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion
Experience in employability, training delivery, partnership working, or employer engagement would be highly beneficial.
