Be the Link Between Employers and Opportunity
Are you confident building relationships, opening doors with new businesses, and creating opportunities through great conversations? If you enjoy sales, business development, employer engagement or recruitment, this could be the ideal role for you.
At Fedcap UK, our Employer Solutions Consultants work directly with employers to identify recruitment opportunities and promote the value of hiring from our talent pool. This is a highly employer-focused role that combines business development, account management, vacancy generation and candidate matching to deliver positive outcomes for both businesses and jobseekers.
Location
Home-based (UK Wide), with regular employer visits and community outreach.
Salary
£29k-£33k
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively engage local employers through networking, business development activity, outreach and cold calling to generate new recruitment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers across a range of sectors, understanding their recruitment needs and workforce challenges.
- Promote Fedcap's services and demonstrate the benefits of partnering with us to fill vacancies and access talent.
- Develop a portfolio of employer contacts and live vacancies to support ongoing recruitment activity.
- Market suitable candidates directly to employers, matching skills and experience to business needs.
- Manage employer accounts, ensuring a high-quality service from initial engagement through to successful placement.
- Meet vacancy generation, placement and performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify suitable candidates and help prepare them for employment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of employer engagement activity, vacancies and recruitment outcomes.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, business development, employer engagement, recruitment, account management or a similar target-driven environment.
- Confidence making proactive approaches to employers, including cold calling and business development activity.
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Experience identifying opportunities, overcoming objections and converting conversations into positive outcomes.
- A commercially minded approach with the ability to work towards targets and performance measures.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple employer relationships effectively.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally to meet employers and attend networking events.
