Team Leader - EL/PL Multi-Track

This is an exciting opportunity to join our EL/PL Multi-Track team as a Team Leader, where you'll play a key role in leading the team, acting as the technical point of contact with regards to complex claims as well as managing your own small caseload of complex and high-value litigated matters.

We are looking for the right person to join our team and so are open to the role being based from either of our Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds offices

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a reduced caseload of multi-track Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims
  • Providing operational and technical guidance to the team
  • Day to day management of direct reports including allocation of cases, 121s and file reviews
  • Supporting business development, budgeting and forecasting

About You

  • Must be a qualified Solicitor admitted in England & Wales or a Chartered Legal Executive
  • Must be a Grade A solicitor specialising in multi-track EL/PL personal injury claims
  • Must have demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring others
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and case management skills
  • Ability to undertake business development activity and financial analysis
