We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Employment Advisor to support people from a wide range of backgrounds to overcome challenges, build confidence and secure sustainable employment.
This is a rewarding role where you'll work one-to-one with participants, helping them identify their strengths, develop employment goals and take positive steps towards work and long-term career success.

What you'll be doing
- π₯ Managing and supporting a caseload of participants
- π― Creating personalised employment action plans
- π¬ Delivering coaching, motivation and practical job-search support
- π€ Working with employers to identify suitable opportunities
- π§ Helping individuals overcome barriers to employment
- π Supporting participants before, during and after they enter work
- π Achieving meaningful outcomes that transform lives and communities
