A top-tier, internationally recognised commercial law firm is seeking an Employment Associate (1–3 years PQE) to join its market-leading Employment & Reward practice in Belfast.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to FTSE-listed blue-chip corporates and major financial institutions, handling complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong academics, a background in a commercial legal practice, and a pragmatic, business-minded approach to high-stakes employment law.
