Job Title
We're working with a leading international law firm on a vacancy within their highly regarded Employment practice, advising some of the world's best-known businesses on complex UK and cross-border matters.
About the Role
This is a genuinely broad role combining high-level advisory work, major international projects and contentious employment matters. The team regularly handles:
- Global restructuring and organisational change.
- Discrimination, whistleblowing and employee relations matters.
- Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.
- Senior exits, confidentiality and protection of business interest.
- Employment aspects of M&A and outsourcing transactions.
- Data protection and increasingly complex workforce issues.

Requirements
The team is looking for an experienced employment lawyer, likely around 4-8 PQE, with strong technical foundations and the confidence to lead matters and workstreams. Experience of restructurings, cross-border projects and managing Employment Tribunal claims would be particularly valuable.
