Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The team works closely with specialists across the wider firm, including Corporate, Real Estate, Private Client, Immigration, and Dispute Resolution, giving you the opportunity to become involved in genuinely commercial, cross-practice matters.

What are we looking for?

We are keen to speak with Employment Solicitors who have a strong grounding across both contentious and non-contentious employment work.

You should have experience of:

  • Managing your own employment caseload with confidence
  • Advising on Employment Tribunal proceedings
  • Providing strategic advice on disciplinary, grievance, performance, and redundancy matters
  • Advising on transactions and TUPE
  • Handling employment documentation, policies, and contracts
  • Advising on employment status and worker status
  • Dealing with DSARs and employment-related privacy issues
  • Working with senior executives on exits and settlement arrangements

Experience of financial services dismissals, regulatory employment issues, or High Court employment/partnership disputes would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Why consider the role?

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor looking to join a high-calibre, internationally focused practice where the work is varied, commercially relevant, and involves sophisticated clients.
