The Role

You will work alongside nationally recognised Employment partners advising an outstanding client base ranging from high growth businesses and household name retailers through to multinational organisations and public sector bodies.

Your caseload will span a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious matters including employment tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance matters, restructures and redundancies, TUPE, restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, executive exits, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

The team is known for giving junior lawyers genuine responsibility from an early stage, with direct client contact, excellent mentoring from senior lawyers, and real opportunity to develop both your technical expertise and business development skills.
