The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Employment Associate (3+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Employment team at a leading international law firm in London.
You’ll advise major employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, combining strategic advisory work with complex disputes and support on corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising employers on day-to-day and strategic employment issues
- Handling employment disputes, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
- Supporting on workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters
- Advising on restructurings, redundancies, TUPE and the employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Building strong relationships with clients and working closely with colleagues across international offices

About You
- 3+ years’ PQE in Employment law
- Trained at a well-regarded law firm with strong technical grounding
- Experience advising employers on contentious and non-contentious matters
- Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
