Employment Associate (NQ – 2 PQE) | London

We are working with a market-leading employment practice that is looking to hire an Employment Associate from NQ through to 2 years' PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the strongest employment teams in the market, advising a broad range of UK and international clients on high-quality, complex employment matters. The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters from the outset.

You'll be involved in a broad mix of work including:

  • Employment Tribunal litigation
  • Corporate employment support
  • Workplace investigations
  • Disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Senior executive appointments and exits
  • Day-to-day advisory work for a diverse employer client base

About You

You'll be:

  • Qualified in England & Wales (or due to qualify in September 2026)
  • NQ to 2 years' PQE with strong employment law experience
  • Trained at a respected City, national or highly regarded regional firm
  • Commercial, proactive and looking to build a long-term career in employment law
