An exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Employment team.
Our client is a well-established, respected commercial law firm with an excellent reputation in the market and a strong track record of delivering high-quality work for a broad range of clients.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor at 4yrs+ PQE to join their expanding team.
The opportunity
You’ll work on a varied and interesting caseload across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- High-value Employment Tribunal claims, including whistleblowing, discrimination, and unfair dismissal
- Senior executive appointments and exits
- Restrictive covenants and confidential information matters
- Restructures, redundancies, and TUPE
- Settlement agreements and day-to-day employment advisory work
- Urgent injunction applications and other complex employment issues
- Advising HR leaders, senior management, and boards on strategic employment matters
