Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are representing a leading international law firm seeking an Employment Associate, Senior Associate or Managing Senior Associate with 2+ years’ PQE to join its growing London team.

The Team:

The Employment team is one of the largest and best-resourced in the UK, with 60+ lawyers nationally and a strong international network. The team advises leading FTSE-listed businesses, major corporates and financial institutions on a broad range of complex and strategic employment matters.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ PQE in employment law, gained within a strong commercial practice, with solid technical experience, a commercially minded approach and excellent communication skills.

Experience across employment advisory and litigation, with exposure to restructuring, senior executive matters, discrimination/whistleblowing or corporate support, would be advantageous.
