Bristol

Our leading employment law practice is growing and we are looking to recruit outstanding Employment solicitors to join us in Bristol.

This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a top tier, national employment practice, advising high profile clients on complex, business-critical employment matters – while enjoying genuine responsibility and support from the outset.

We are recruiting Employment Solicitors with around three years' post-qualification experience. However, in line with our ambitious growth plans, we are flexible on PQE and are open to other levels of experience, including more experienced Senior Associates.

The Team

Our award-winning and well-respected employment team is active in helping shape UK employment law and is closely involved with leading professional bodies, committees, and industry initiatives.

Our employment lawyers work for FTSE 100 and 250 listed companies, major public sector employers, as well as up-and-coming startups. We also work with non-profit organizations and for senior executives. Our enviable client base will keep you engaged, excited, and proud of the work we do.

Our work is often high-profile and business-critical, including advising on complex employment and workforce issues, strategic change programs and reorganizations, employment tribunal and civil litigation, global mobility programs, large-scale DSARs, and sensitive investigations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
