• The role offers a broad mix of Employment Tribunal advocacy, strategic input on complex employment matters, and advisory work, with the opportunity to become involved in matters from the outset.
• You will help shape case strategy, draft pleadings and advisory documents, and represent clients at both preliminary and final hearings across the Employment Tribunal system.

The successful candidate will have 2–5 years' post-call experience, together with proven Employment Tribunal advocacy experience and a genuine passion for employment law and litigation.

• You will have strong drafting and analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a collaborative, commercial approach to client service.
• Applications are welcomed from Barristers with a mixed practice including employment law, who have developed a particular interest in the area and are looking to build a more specialist career in employment law.
