Employment Lawyer | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
London | Hybrid (2 days in the office)
We're working with a high-growth, private equity-backed international business to appoint an Employment Lawyer to join its legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Global Head of Employment, you'll advise on a broad range of UK employment matters while gaining valuable exposure to cross-border work across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer looking to broaden their international experience within a supportive, high-performing legal team.

Responsibilities:
- Advise on a broad range of UK employment matters
- Gain exposure to cross-border work across Europe
- Partner closely with the business
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Requirements:
- UK-qualified lawyer
- Approximately 4–8 years' PQE
- Strong technical employment law experience
- Pragmatic, commercial approach
