Permanent | Full-Time | £41,000 per annum

Cambridge House is seeking an exceptional solicitor to join our dedicated Law Centre team at an exciting time of growth and impact. About The Role
The Employment & Discrimination Solicitor is responsible for providing high-quality legal advice, assistance, and representation to users of the Law Centre.
The Successful Candidate Will
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a current practising certificate in England and Wales.
- Have substantial experience and expert knowledge of employment and discrimination law.
- Be experienced in Employment Tribunal practice and procedure.
- Have the ability to act on clients' instructions in negotiating and concluding settlement agreements.
- Be client-focused, with a results-oriented approach and a strong commitment to social justice and our organisational values.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, advocacy, and case management skills.
