A leading asset manager is looking to hire an Employment In-House Counsel to join its Legal team, with a strong focus on reward, incentives, and executive compensation, alongside a broad employment remit.
The role will advise on bonus and long-term incentive arrangements, executive remuneration, benefits and reward structures, as well as pensions-related matters. You will also support on wider employment matters including TUPE, corporate transactions, senior exits, restructurings, settlements, contracts, and policies.
