What You'll Be Doing
- Shape the Employment Law strategy, service proposition, profitability, market positioning and growth.
- Lead key client relationships across strategic employment matters, complex disputes, workforce change, senior exits and transactions.
- Drive new business, cross-referrals and market profile across the wider professional services and international network.
- Develop the team while advancing technical quality, legal technology and AI-enabled service delivery.
What You'll Bring
- Significant post-qualification experience advising on employment law in England and Wales across contentious and non-contentious matters.
- A demonstrable track record of business development, winning work and growing valuable client relationships.
- Credibility advising employers, boards, founders, owner-managed businesses and senior executives on commercially sensitive matters.
- Proven leadership capability, including developing lawyers and managing the commercial and financial performance of legal work.
