This international law firm with close ties to its offices in EMEA and the US has opened up a new Associate opportunity in its excellent Employment law team.

Supporting and working closely with partners who are directory noted and widely respected in the market, work will include varied employment law matters for respondent clients across financial services, retail, professional services, technology and SMEs. The majority of the work will be contentious or advisory with a smaller component of corporate support work.

Applicants should have at least 2 years’ PQE at a well-recognised law firm and have been deeply involved in varied contentious employment issues, defending claims around dismissal, redundancy, harassment and discrimination. Experience of managing complex exits, redundancy, performance management and workplace investigations would be ideal.
