About the Role
Our client is keen to speak confidentially with outstanding employment lawyers for a senior, Partner-level position, with around 10 years' experience, and will also consider high-calibre Senior Associates with proven leadership and coaching experience who are ready to step up. You will advise on a broad range of employment matters while leading, coaching and developing colleagues within the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise and act for clients on a broad range of employment law matters
- Manage a caseload of complex, high-quality work
- Lead, coach and develop junior lawyers and the wider employment team
- Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the employment practice
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks
- Work collaboratively with partners and colleagues across the firm
- Represent the firm's reputation for quality and service with clients and in the market
Package
- £100,000-£120,000 basic salary
- Negotiable package and benefits, reflecting your experience
- Based in the firm's London or Bromley office
- A well-recognised brand with a ranked employment practice

Skills & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with around 10 years' experience in employment law
- Partner-level, or a Senior Associate with proven leadership and coaching experience ready to step up
- Track record of leading, coaching and developing junior lawyers
- Strong technical expertise and sound commercial judgement
- Ability to build relationships and contribute to business development
- Immediate availability preferred
