Interim Employment Lawyer | Remote | 3 Months
Our client is looking for an experienced employment lawyer to join their in-house legal team on a 3-month assignment, starting end of September.
The Role
- Provide day-to-day advice and counsel support to the in-house employment team
- Support restructuring initiatives, including reviewing agreements and assisting with integration work related to recent acquisitions
- Handle UK-based employment advice, working alongside external counsel appointed on restructuring projects, complementing their input rather than duplicating it
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in employment law
- Cross-border experience highly preferred
- Pharma or life sciences sector experience would be useful
