New 2026: with a potential succession process ongoing, this is an ideal opportunity to walk into a warm desk of clients into one of the most liked law firms in the South East. You will lead from the front and seek to maintain and grow the employment law practice, advising clients on standard and also complex employment law matters. These will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and policies. Day-to-day responsibilities will also include managing employment disputes, overseeing representation before employment tribunals or equivalent authorities, and developing risk management strategies for clients. You will also seek to have the gravitas to lead the team, but also not take yourself too seriously! You will supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contribute to business development initiatives, and lead the client relationship management. A great firm!
