AJ Chambers are working with a growing boutique law firm in Central London who are seeking a Employment Lawyer to join their employment team.

Key responsibilities:

  • To advise on a varied client base: SMEs, UK and global corporates, senior executives, and employees - on the full spectrum of employment law
  • Negotiate and advise on settlement agreements across all sectors
  • Manage and run Employment Tribunal litigation with increasing autonomy as your experience grows
  • Support business development, bringing ideas, build relationships, and help shape how the firm grows
  • Work closely with the Founder, with mentorship and genuine collaboration built into how we operate

Qualifications:

  • 3–7+ years PQE in Employment Law
  • Clear communication and the ability to explain complexity simply
