Employment Associate | 1–4 PQE - London

A leading specialist London law firm is looking to hire an Employment Associate at 1–4 PQE to join a highly regarded team working at the top end of the employment and partnership market.

The firm has an exceptional reputation for advising senior executives, partners, founders and professional services firms on complex and sensitive employment and partnership matters. The practice is consistently ranked at the highest levels by the leading legal directories, with particular strength in employment (senior executives) and partnership disputes.

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with a highly regarded partner and will be involved in a sophisticated mix of contentious and advisory matters, including:

The Candidate

The firm is looking for an ambitious Employment Lawyer with 1–4 PQE who is keen to develop their career within a specialist, market-leading practice.

You will ideally have:

  • 1–4 years' PQE in employment law
  • Strong contentious employment experience
  • Previous High Court experience – this is essential
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills
  • Experience dealing with complex disputes and litigation
  • The confidence and maturity to work on sensitive matters involving senior individuals
  • A genuine interest in developing expertise in employment and partnership law
  • Strong academics and training from a well-regarded employment practice
