Summary
We are instructed by a highly regarded, elite boutique law firm to recruit Employment Solicitors 2+ PQE as part of the continued expansion of its specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial practice, acting predominantly for senior executives and individuals on high-value and complex employment matters.

The Role
You will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a Senior Executives focus, including:
- Managing your own caseload of Employment Tribunal claims
- Acting for senior executives on complex disputes and exits
- Supporting on County Court and High Court litigation where required
- Providing strategic, day-to-day employment law advice to clients
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, and advisory documents
- Assisting on high-value and sensitive disputes
- Participating in networking, marketing, and business development initiatives

Candidate Profile
Applications are invited from solicitors with between 1 and 10 years’ PQE who can demonstrate:
- A genuine commitment to acting for senior executives and individuals
- Experience (or a strong interest) in claimant-side Employment Tribunal work
- Exposure to litigation, ideally including County Court and/or High Court matters
- A proactive, “can do” and hands-on approach
- Strong client care skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
- Commercial awareness and a desire to contribute to the growth of the firm
- Excellent drafting and analytical ability
