Employment Law Solicitor/Lawyer Opportunity

Location: Remote/Hybrid (UK-based)
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000

Role Summary:

  • Handling all aspects of Employment Tribunal claims (respondents only), including drafting ET3 responses, preparing trial bundles, and drafting witness statements.
  • Advising on TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, and other employment matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, employee handbooks, as well as day-to-day letters and documents such as disciplinary invites and outcome letters.
  • Managing day-to-day client relationships and providing tailored advice to meet client needs.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer (CILEx) with experience in Employment Law, particularly in managing employment tribunal litigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of managing a diverse workload and meeting deadlines.
  • Team-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting.

Desirable:

  • Advocacy experience in Employment Tribunals.
