🚨 Legal Counsel (Employment) | London | Hybrid 🚨
Looking to make the move in-house or take the next step in your employment law career? We're partnering with a luxury retail business seeking a Legal Counsel (Employment) to join its collaborative legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE solicitor with employment law experience to advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

💼 What you'll be doing:
- Supporting employment tribunals, settlements, and employee relations issues
- Advising on complex employment law matters, grievances, claims, and dismissals
- Drafting policies and delivering training across the business
- Working closely with HR, senior stakeholders, and external counsel

✅ You'll bring:
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent
- Employment law experience gained in private practice or in-house
- Strong employment tribunal experience is essential
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
- A proactive, practical approach to legal advice
