Our client is a leading international law firm with a highly regarded Employment practice, supporting major organisations on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Due to continued growth, they are expanding a specialist team dedicated to delivering employment tribunal and advisory support to a select group of key clients.

Description
As an Employment Associate, you will manage a varied caseload of employment tribunal litigation, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, while working closely with clients as an extension of their in-house legal teams. You will take ownership of matters, collaborate with experienced employment specialists, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, technology-enabled legal services.
Profile
- Qualified Solicitor with 1+ PQE
- Strong employment law background with employment tribunal experience
- Experience handling unfair dismissal, discrimination and redundancy matters
- Able to manage a high-volume caseload and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills
- Collaborative, organised and commercially minded approach
