Employment Solicitor
Location: London City – hybrid, 3 days office / 2 days home
Salary: £90-150K plus bonus and excellent benefits package

Join a highly regarded specialist employment and partnership law firm based in the City of London, recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers UK.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, high-profile, and sensitive employment and partnership matters, advising employers, firms, employees, partners, directors, and senior executives.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years’ PQE in employment law, partnership law, or related disputes
- Experience gained within a top-tier employment or partnership law firm
- Strong contentious employment law background
- Experience with complex matters involving whistleblowing, discrimination, team moves, or partnership disputes
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and ADR skills
- Understanding of financial services or professional services clients
- Excellent communication, judgment, and client relationship skills
- Interest in business development, mentoring, and long-term progression

Role & Responsibilities
- Advising on complex employment and partnership disputes
- Managing high-profile and sensitive client matters
- Supporting negotiations, dispute resolution, and tribunal or court proceedings
- Working with sophisticated clients across financial and professional services
- Building client relationships and supporting business development
- Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team growth
