About The Role
This full-time Employment Lawyer position in Telford suits a solicitor or legal executive with at least two years' PQE. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE to join a progressive, forward-thinking law firm in Telford.

- You will manage a busy employment caseload, advising employer clients on a wide range of employment law and HR matters.
- Working alongside an expanding team, you’ll build strong client relationships and deliver practical, commercially focused advice.
- The role will also offer opportunities to get involved in HR and Employment Law training, with previous training experience considered an advantage.
Skills Required
- Applicants are sought from Employment Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
- Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- A full driving license and access to your own vehicle, as occasional client visits will be required.
