We are partnering with a global client to recruit an experienced Employment Legal Counsel

This is an excellent opportunity for an England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE to join a dynamic, international business.

The successful candidate will combine strong employment law expertise with a pragmatic, commercial approach and experience advising in fast-paced, multinational organisations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide practical employment law advice to senior leaders and HR teams across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Advise across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, policies, employee relations, investigations, performance, terminations, privacy and regulatory matters.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support strategic decisions and manage legal risk.
  • Manage relationships with external counsel globally and ensure consistent, high-quality legal support.
  • Deliver employment law training and guidance.
  • Improve processes, governance and best practice across the organisation.
