Senior Employment Lawyer - Interim 9–12 Months
A global financial services business is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join their in-house legal team for the next 9 - 12 months. This is a great senior, hands-on role for someone who can pick up the phone and give an immediate, confident steer, driving to a resolution.
You will:
- Manage employee relations across multiple jurisdictions
- Advise front-office stakeholders directly on complex, non-routine issues
- Draft and negotiate bespoke contracts
- Handle reputational and regulatory risk, including complaints
You are:
- A strong drafter and negotiator, comfortable with bespoke terms over templates
- Experienced in financial services or another regulated environment preferred
- Strong across EMEA (APAC a bonus)
- Comfortable working autonomously; able to give a direct, confident answer
