I'm currently supporting a global, highly regarded organisation on the appointment of a Senior Director - International Employment Law Counsel.

This is a rare opportunity for a senior employment lawyer to take ownership of employment law strategy across EMEA and other international jurisdictions, partnering directly with executive leadership and HR stakeholders on high-profile, business-critical matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex employment law matters across multiple international jurisdictions
• Advise senior executives and HR leaders on workforce strategy, employee relations and organisational change
• Support restructures, investigations, executive matters and sensitive workplace issues
• Develop and implement employment governance frameworks, policies and compliance programmes
• Provide strategic advice on cross-border employment issues, risk management and regulatory developments
• Support major business initiatives including M&A, integrations, transformations and international expansion
• Manage external counsel and coordinate multi-jurisdictional legal strategies
