Our Employment team continue to grow and remain busy across all of our office locations. We are recruiting from Associate-Managing Associate level on a full or part-time, fully flexible working basis into our teams in Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.

Your Role
As a key addition to the team, day to day you can expect to be involved with high quality, varied work including:
- Helping employers manage issues in the workplace such as disciplinaries, grievances, restructuring and redundancies
- Leading on Employment Tribunal claims (almost exclusively acting for Respondents)
- Providing employment law support in TUPE matters, corporate deals and outsourcing contracts, contract drafting and client training
- Drafting of contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, staff handbooks, settlement agreements and other employment related documentation
- Collaborating with Partners and working closely with the wider national Employment team

Your Skills & Experience
- A qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) with 1+ years PQE in an employment team
- A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
- Commercially aware with some exposure to business development, with the ability to maintain and nurture strong client relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of your client’s business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client
- Contribute to our collaborative culture, with an ambition to assist in the development of junior team members
