About the Company
Leading wealth manager looking to appoint an experienced employment legal director to its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London.
About the Role
In this role you will advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law work in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Advise on employee relations such as grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working applications, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, and ACAS early conciliation.
- Advise on regulatory projects such as Gender Pay Gap reporting, SMCR and Modern Slavery Act.
- Build relationships globally and across all people related matters in the business.

Qualifications
- You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm.
- Have a minimum of 8 years' PQE.
- Ideally gained in-house at a leading Financial Services organisation (buy-side ideally) or global organisation.
