We’re Currently Hiring For The Following Position:
HOSTESSES
Do you enjoy working with people, professional environments, and the dynamic atmosphere of major events? Join the organizational team of this year’s 30th Forum 2000 Conference, which annually welcomes prominent personalities from academia, civil society, politics, and business.
Become the part of the prestigious international Forum 2000 Conference.
What Will You Do:
- Register conference participants and guests
- Guide guests throughout the conference venue
- Help ensure the smooth running of the program in conference halls
- Collaborate with the organizing and program teams
- Support the daily operation of the conference
- Provide professional guest service
- Help maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere during the event.
What We Are Looking For:
- Professional and friendly presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Communicative level of English (at least B2), additional languages are an advantage
- Availability during the conference dates and for pre-event training.
