A highly regarded commercial law firm in Manchester is seeking an ambitious Employment Paralegal to join its growing employment team. The firm has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large national organisations. Your new role
You will work closely with experienced employment lawyers, supporting both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Duties will include:
- Assisting with a broad range of employment tribunal claims
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and employment-related agreements
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
- Managing client files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supporting fee earners with case management and business development activities
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and tribunal representatives
- Preparing bundles and other litigation documentation

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Exceptional academic credentials, minimum 2:1, LPC/SQE preferred/completed.
- Previous legal experience gained within employment law or a commercial legal environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
- A genuine interest in developing a career within employment law
Candidates with strong academics and a proactive approach will be particularly attractive to this client.
