Your primary role will be to provide case handling and administrative support to the Employment, Pensions and Immigration team in Liverpool. You will work with a varied client base, including some of the UK’s largest and most recognisable organisations, supporting fee earners with Employment Tribunal litigation, including complex, high-value and strategically important matters.

Your Key Duties And Responsibilities Will Include

- Assisting fee earners with various tasks including general case management, legal research, drafting of witness statements and reports to clients and preparation for court hearings
- Liaising by telephone, letter and email with clients, witnesses, claimants, the Employment Tribunal, ACAS and other third parties
- Attending client meetings and court hearings to support fee earners
- You will be expected to be able to perform detailed analytical reviews of complex and sensitive materials and evidence
- You will be expected to respond promptly and accurately to correspondence and telephone enquiries from client and other parties, with and without supervision
- Achieving set financial and chargeable targets
- Supporting the team’s business development activities
