We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our national Employment team, based in either our Birmingham, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle or Nottingham offices. The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing support to case handlers.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Assisting case handlers and other team members with progressing employment tribunal claims, including:
- Collating documents into bundles
- Drafting documents (including employment tribunal related documents, sending emails to witnesses, clients, the Tribunal, ACAS and other third parties)
- Routine telephone calls to clients, witnesses, the Tribunal, ACAS and others
- Comply with relevant Weightmans and client policies and procedures
- Create new clients and matters ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Perform general file management duties including identifying and logging key dates
- Close/archive files ensuring all MI is captured
- Prepare and send out various internal and external documents
- Work in accordance with Weightmans’ values
