Employment & Pensions Solicitors | 2+ PQE | London

The Employment and Pensions markets are busy, and we’re currently working with a number of well-recognised UK, international and US firms looking to grow their London teams.

We’re keen to speak with lawyers at 2+ PQE across:

Employment

  • Contentious and advisory employment matters
  • Transactional employment, including M&A, PE and restructurings
  • Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
  • Cross-border and international matters
  • Senior executive, investigations and regulatory-related work

Employment requirements:

  • 2+ PQE and England & Wales qualified
  • Strong employment experience from a recognised UK practice
  • Substantial transactional employment experience is key, particularly on complex M&A, PE and restructuring matters
  • Cross-border / international experience is highly desirable for a number of opportunities

Pensions

  • Contentious and/or non-contentious pensions
  • Risk transfer, buy-ins and buyouts
  • Corporate transactions, restructurings and scheme wind-ups
  • PPF, insolvency and scheme rescue matters
  • Pensions litigation and professional negligence claims

Pensions requirements:

  • 2+ PQE and England & Wales qualified
  • Strong contentious and/or non-contentious pensions experience from a recognised UK practice
  • Experience across areas such as risk transfer, corporate pensions, restructuring, insolvency or pensions disputes, depending on the role
